Remarks: Grass Parrot. Come every year and fly in pairs mainly on cleared land.

Remarks: Smaller than Swamp Harrier but wings in similar position.
 
Brown Thornbil
Common | Season: All Year
Remarks: Active little bird. Red Eye. Lots around in the bush.
 
Buff Banded Rail
Uncommon | Season: Spring
Remarks: Two sightings. August/September '99 & possible Lewins Rail Sept '99
 
Cormorant
Common | Season: All Year
Remarks: Little Pied, Little Black, Great and Pied often seen on beach or flying.
 
Crimson Rosella

Remarks:Lots Brightly coloured blue and red or duller green females or juveniles.
 
Egret - Little & Great
Uncommon | Season: All Year
Remarks: Very occasionally seen near dam but can often be seen on the Bahram River near bridge.

Remarks: Sometimes seen hunting at night

Remarks: Unfortunately these feral birds are increasing in numbers.

Remarks: Lots around often seen hovering over land
 
Bronzewing & Brush Bronzewing Pigeon

Remarks: Small numbers here. Usually seen on hedges of roads. Flapping flight.
 
Brown Quail

Remarks: Have not seen for about 8 years, probably decimated by foxes.
 
Brown-headed Honeyeater
Uncommon | Season: Summer
Remarks: Only seen occasionally in flocks. Similar to white-naped.
 
Chestnut Teal

Remarks: Not often seen on dam.
 
Crescent Honeyeater
Common | Season: All Year
Remarks: Similar yellow wing as New Holland but has a crescent on breast.
 
Eastern Spinebill
Common | Season: All Year
Remarks: Slender bird with beautiful markings. Not nearly as common as the other honeyeaters mentioned.
 
Brown-headed Honeyeater
Uncommon | Season: Summer
Remarks: Only seen occasionally in flocks. Similar to white-naped.
 
Fan Tailed Cuckoo
Uncommon | Season: Spring
Remarks: Heard more often than seen.
 
Fairy Penguin (Little)
Common | Season: All Year
Remarks: Often see dead ones on the beach.
